Toro Whakaaro^-W007

Tessa was invited to edit a newspaper produced to accompany Objectspace’s Toro Whakaara: Responses to our built environment in 2021.

Toro Whakaara commissioned ten practitioners to produce new work that would consider the power and politics of place, offering the term ‘hostile architecture’ as a catalyst. The publication includes a foreword and acknowledgement by Kim Paton and Zoe Black and features new writing on each work, as well as interviews with each practitioner.

This publication was edited by Tessa Forde, copy-edited by Anna Hodge and designed by Alt Group.
