A futuristic take on the popular trend for agricultural barn inspired homes that mixes natural building products like rammed earth, earthen floors, and clay based renders, with dynamic spatial design and modern construction details.

The architectural concept anchors a timber clad extruded gable oriented to face Omaha Wharf, around a rammed earth wall oriented due north. A 12-degree shift between these two landmarks creates an asymmetric cut through the plan around which the entry, kitchen, public and private zones of the home are arranged.
