Marahau Valley Earth House is a project that is made to respond to a unique and enigmatic landscape. On a large property adjacent to the Abel Tasman National Park the house is designed as a series of four massive parallel adobe earth walls that rise from the landscape like geological fault boundaries, with all of the living spaces contained between them.
A <300m2 (GA) two-storey, two-bedroom home with study, studio, multi-functional guest bed/yoga room, multiple patios, landscape walls, and detached 2 car carport.
