Inspired by the entry sequence of Siza’s Casa de Chá is a small house designed around panoramic views that are sequentially revealed throughout the building.

A black steel volume rests on a retained concrete podium to create a living pavilion.

A double height stairwell frames a view of the harbour.

A sun flooded corridor connects living areas with views over the harbour.

Nondescript and restrained from the street front.

The archetypal gable end facade bends in response to the site.
